Sarah Kasule

Hi, thanks for visiting my profile. Life is a story made up of our memories, behaviours, and relationships. Sometimes we get stuck in certain parts, feeling lost or caught up in negative loops of life and need someone to talk to. I’m here to sit beside you as we explore your story together in a safe, non-judgmental space. With over 10 years of experience, I have provided effective short-term and long-term counselling and psychotherapy across public, private, and community settings. I am committed to creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and supported.

As a qualified couple therapist, I work with couples from diverse backgrounds, including intercultural and interracial relationships. I understand the unique pressures relationships face today i.e finances, work, family, children, communication challenges plus more. I help couples with exploring relationship patterns, improving communication and conflict resolution, rekindle connection, or, if desired, navigate a healthy separation.
