Mind Bridge Counselling Service is an extension of Ultimate Counselling. With over 10 years of experience, we provide professional mental health support while reinvesting proceeds to fund therapy for destitute and vulnerable individuals, ensuring mental health support remains accessible to all.

Our funded counselling service provides free therapy sessions to individuals facing significant challenges, including unemployed and homeless individuals, young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and victims of domestic violence.

Mind Bridge Counselling Service is a mental health support platform dedicated to empowering for individuals, teams, and communities. Our mission is to bridge the gap in mental health access by offering affordable, high-quality therapy and using the proceeds to fund therapy for those most in need but cannot afford to pay through our Give Back Model.
Our Give Back approach is simple: every paid session helps fund a free session for someone who is great in need of therapy but cannot afford to pay for therapy. We prioritise access for:

You can choose a therapist, indicate whether you’re seeking a standard, couple, low cost counselling, select your preferred time, and attend your session. Face to face sessions are held in our therapy centre in Barking, London

If you are seeking funded therapy, please complete the online form, we will get back to you within 72 hours, Monday to Friday ONLY.
