Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Introduction

At Mind Bridge, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your therapy sessions. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms to ensure fairness and efficiency for both our clients and practitioners.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel a scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
  • If a client cancels a session with more than 24 hours’ notice, they may be eligible for a refund or an option to reschedule, subject to availability.
  1. Rescheduling & Reservation Policy
  • If a client cancels their therapy session, they have a 24-hour window to re-book or reserve a new session time.
  • If no reservation or re-booking is made within 24 hours of cancellation, the allocated session time may be offered to another client, and no refund will be issued.
  1. Did-Not-Attend (DNA) Policy
  • If a client fails to attend their scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
  • If no contact is made to reschedule, the missed session slot may be allocated to another client.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are not available for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for missed appointments.
  • Refund requests for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering administrative costs.
  1. Exceptional Circumstances
  • In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, Mind Bridge may, at its discretion, offer a rescheduled session without additional cost. Clients must notify us as soon as possible to discuss their situation.
  1. Amendments to this Policy

Mind Bridge reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their booking conditions.
