I offer a blend of Person-Centred, Gestalt and CBT/Third-Wave CBT approaches, tailored to the unique stories and diverse backgrounds of clients. I prioritise creating a safe, non-judgmental space that helps build trust and understanding, allowing clients to feel grounded and supported as they explore their experiences.

My approach recognises the complex interplay of cultural, social, and personal factors that shape our experiences and affect mental health, and so I adopt a holistic approach to therapy. Working collaboratively with clients, I help develop practical coping strategies and techniques that enhance resilience, promote emotional wellbeing and cultivate a stronger sense of self and purpose. This vision is grounded in my belief that therapy can not only help address immediate challenges, but also empower clients for long-term growth and self-understanding.
