We all have times in our lives which can feel really challenging and when we feel in need of support from others. In these times it can be helpful to talk and to not feel alone. 

I offer a calm and supportive space in which you are welcome to talk freely about your thoughts and experiences and where I will listen empathically without judgment, valuing your unique journey and background. Together we can think about whatever it is that’s important to you.

As a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) I adhere to the high standards of ethical practice and care in counselling of this association’s professional code of conduct.
