Supporting Those in Greatest Need

At Mind Bridge Counselling Service, we are committed to making mental health support accessible to those who need it most. Our funded counselling service provides free therapy sessions to individuals facing significant challenges, including unemployed and homeless individuals, young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and victims of domestic violence.

How We Help

This service offers a safe, confidential, and supportive space for individuals who may be struggling with varied mental health and adjustment challenges. Our professional therapists use evidence-based approaches to provide compassionate support and practical coping strategies.

As this is a funded service, availability depends on funding and eligibility criteria apply. The provision of free therapy is made possible through funding from our generous funders, proceeds from our paid counselling services, and donations from our valued partners.

Session Details & Pricing

Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes and is available both in person and virtually. The number of sessions offered may vary based on funding availability and individual needs.
